As the HR referent for the Spanish entity, the mission of the HR Business Partner is to support the local fast growth while by being the guarantor of the scale up DNA. The HRBP will participate in the definition and implementation of the HR strategy and ensure all missions related to the management of Human Resources for its scope :
The position reports directly to the Global Chief People Officer based in France and transversaly to the country manager.
